Return & Exchange Policy
At Loopkind, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Since we use print-on-demand (POD) services, please read our policy carefully to ensure a smooth return or exchange process.
Returns
Since all our products are made to order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect choice of size/color. However, we accept returns for items that are defective or damaged during transit.

Eligibility for Return:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition.
- The item must be defective or damaged upon arrival.
- You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Contact Us:
Email us at returns@loopkind.com with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and photo or video proof of the damaged or defective item(s). Please ensure the video or photo clearly shows the problem (e.g., damaged print, incorrect design, or defects). -
Approval:
Upon review, we’ll send you a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed. -
Return:
Once approved, we’ll arrange a return or replacement. If it’s a defective product, we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. If you’d like to exchange for a different size or design, please contact us with your order details.
- If your exchange request is approved, we’ll arrange for the exchange and ship the new item to you at no extra cost for defective or incorrect items.
Refunds
Refunds are provided for defective or damaged items only. Once we’ve received and inspected the returned item, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method.
- Refund Processing Time: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account after approval.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we cannot accept returns for:
- Incorrect size or color selection.
- Personalized or customized products.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We require photo or video proof of the damage or defect to process the return or replacement. We’ll arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after 7 business days, please:
- Check with your bank or payment provider.
- Contact us if the issue persists, and we’ll assist you.
